Engineer is a person who are able to develop solutions for a technical problem by using scientific methods. He/she have a prior knowledge about engineering methodology. Using engineering methods are techniques engineer may able to discover new systems.
He is professional practitioner and apply scientific knowledge on technical and commercial problems. The word engineer is derived from LATIN, "ingeniare" means device and ingenium means device.
