drawbacks of bad design on the basis of usability, learn ability, visibility

Example of bad interface design:

                            This is very bad example of interface design. There is no menu bar in the website. There are only few buttons on the left side. The text written on the buttons is not clearly visible.

Due to unread ability of text on button user may confuse to click on a button. For help about the website there is no help option for user.

The instruction is less visible to the user because the background is purely black. Some part of buttons is also black due to which some words on the buttons are unclear. When user click on a button there is no visibility of action. There is no visual progress bar or color change of a button on clicking.
