difference b/w Sofware engineering and computer science
Computer science is
concerned with method theories and methods under-lies computer and software
system, where as Software engineering
is concerned with practical problems of producing software.
Some education of computer science are absolutely necessary for software engineers
in the same way some knowledge of physics is essential for electrical
engineers.
All of software engineering should be under pinned by theories of computer science, but this not actually exist in this case. Software engineers must frequently take ad
hoc approaches to developing the software product. Graceful theories of computer science can't always be applied to real, complex problem that require as
software solution.
